Incredible high scores, head-to-head races and athletic game videos. The results of ValoLeague's Season 1, the first-ever Active eSports League for mixed reality, are in and we are now proudly announcing the winners. At the end of the post, we'll give you a sneak peek of next the season!

With the launch of ValoLeague, we continue our mission to cherish movement and connect sports enthusiasts worldwide. During the first three months, the player community has grown to over 4000 registered users globally. At the same time, players shared their sports videos with more than 50.000 viewers in over 110 countries

At the beginning of the first season, we introduced ValoApp. The mobile app makes video recording and sharing now super easy for your customers. We saw that players shared their videos of ValoClimb and ValoJump gameplay four times more compared to the beginning of the season. Overall gameplay increased too, by "only" three times. Watching and sharing videos conveniently from the mobile after the play or at home, encouraged players to try out new games and record more videos. The real-time scoring and in-app notifications boosted repeat play to try to improve ranking in the local and global leaderboards. By including competitive gameplay and events with competitions, location owners can increase the degree of capacity and expand brand recognition via video sharing.

In May, Season 1 was kicked off with competitions in Shadowlings, Sparks, Hullaballoon, Skytails, Trax, and of course Jumpball! We were super happy to witness that players competed so intensively, we had to edit our scoring system to ensure your customers can see their results even more detailed, now up to three digits after the comma.
